Four-week class series Feb 1, 8, 15, and 22 2025 on Zoom
9 - 11 am PT
We are living in times of great change, challenges, and grief. During these times, it will be important to find beauty, embody compassion, and center ourselves in nature.
What will sustain you as you move into 2025? What will support you? Where will you turn when times are hard? What will you take a stand for? How will you continue to bring your gifts into the world?
You are invited to join me for a 4-week journey to explore these questions and ground and strengthen yourself for the times ahead.
Each class will include:
guided meditation
poetry
writing prompts
self-compassion exercises
optional sharing
invitations for continuing the practices between classes

The Love Continues: Signs from our loved ones.
March 8 from 9 am to 11 am on Zoom

The absence of our loved ones is painful and can leave us with so many questions. Where did all the love go? Who am I without them? Can I continue to have a relationship with them?
We will explore the many ways our departed loved ones give us signs that they are still with us. Learn how to cultivate your awareness to become more open to receiving messages and noticing the signs in nature and all around us.
We will share nature practices, writing exercises, guided meditation, and stories that you can use every day to feel more connected and discover how the love continues.

Cancellation Policy
The workshop fee is non-refundable unless arrangements are made
at least one week before the start of the workshop.
However, those monies may be used for a future program.
