Nature Wisdom with the Elements

(air, fire, water, and earth)

Poems and meditations, to listen, to ignite, to feel and to ground

Four-week class series March 22 and 29, April 5 and 12 on Zoom

9 - 11 am PT

.Each class is a magical mix of poetry, journal prompts, meditation, connecting with nature spirits, and sharing what emerges as we gather together in community.

This four-week series is offered on a sliding scale from $75-$150. If you are interested but can’t afford the fee, please reach out and I will see what I can do.

March 22- We will honor the spring equinox and journey with the element of air and the theme of listening. We will listen to our breath and to the wind as we explore our inner wisdom. The poets will take us on a journey to listen to nature through the breeze in the trees and through the language of birds.

March 29- We will journey with the element of fire and allow the words of the poets and our writings to ignite sparks within us for change and transformation. From the sun in the sky to the fires within, poetry and our own imaginations are sure to inspire us.

April 5- We will welcome the element of water and the vulnerability and courage to feel our feelings and express them on the page. The poets will invite us to explore the waters of oceans, rivers and tears. We will dive deep into the waters and rise renewed.

April 12- We will journey with the element of earth and open ourselves up to the calming and grounding power of the trees, mountains and stones. And as always, the poets and nature spirits will guide us on the journey.

The Love Continues: Signs from our loved ones.

April 19 from 9 am to 11 am on Zoom

The absence of our loved ones is painful and can leave us with so many questions. Where did all the love go? Who am I without them? Can I continue to have a relationship with them?

We will explore the many ways our departed loved ones give us signs that they are still with us. Learn how to cultivate your awareness to become more open to receiving messages and noticing the signs in nature and all around us.

We will share nature practices, writing exercises, guided meditation, and stories that you can use every day to feel more connected and discover how the love continues.

Cancellation Policy

The workshop fee is non-refundable unless arrangements are made
at least one week before the start of the workshop.

However, those monies may be used for a future program.
